  1. Refund Eligibility for Non-Trial Subscribers:

    Clients who forego the free trial and decide the service is not suitable may request a pro-rated refund if they cancel before the next billing date. To request a refund, contact Design Edify via live chat at https://www.designedify.com or email at info@designedify.com.

  2. Responsibilities during Trial Period:

    It is the responsibility of trial subscribers to cancel if dissatisfied within the trial period or if they do not plan to continue using the service.

  3. Responsibilities for Design Edify Subscribers:

    Subscribers must cancel before their billing date if dissatisfied. Refunds are considered at Design Edify’s discretion and not granted due to inactivity or forgotten cancellations.

  4. Service Delivery Post-Payment:

    Service continues until the subscription period ends after payment. This is void if a refund is granted.

  5. Refund Request Process:

    All refund requests are reviewed, approved, and processed at the sole discretion of Design Edify. A 5% administrative fee applies to cover non-refundable charges from the payment platform.

  6. Refund Processing Time and Limits:

    For month-to-month subscriptions, a pro-rated monthly payment or one monthly payment refund will be issued within 3-4 business days. For quarterly, bi-annual, or annual subscriptions, the refund is for the remainder of the term, less used subscription cost.
